Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name on TV. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. Her move to Texas in order to pursue an occupation as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay for long in Texas before moving to Florida, Orlando. There she played a range of roles including local independent films and global commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew in the field of acting despite the small roles. She relocated in New York. Her first role was on the soap-opera All My Children. In the beginning of 2000, she played tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got a role as her first part of a series in The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza had the privilege of working alongside some outstanding TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. Her most memorable character was on Law & Order where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. After a short period, she was transferred into Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her role in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. She received an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding performance on a Dramatic Television Series. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring part. She performed the role of Marisol Deko, the spouse of the actor David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather dramatic dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. It was pulled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has a nationality of Italian and has a 10 year old younger brother who is named Cory. She grew up in an environment that was strict and very spiritual. Milano was seven years old when her babysitter took Milano to a talent show. Four girls selected from over 1,000 potential candidates were Milano. Milano was featured in television advertisements, off-Broadway productions and Jane Eyre, the American debut of Jane Eyre.
