Heidi Klum, born on 1 June 1973, in Bergisch Gladbach Germany. Erna Klum was Heidi's maternal grandmother, was a professional hairdresser. Her father Gunther Klum worked as a cosmetics company executive. Heidi's father had earlier been director of production at the perfume maker 4711. Heidi was born in Bergisch Gladbach (a city of around 100,000 inhabitants 6 miles to the west of Cologne), Heidi was raised in the city. Former fashion model from Germany is currently a host on television and producer, fashion designer, business woman and actress, who lives and works in southern California and Germany.
