Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is an Afghani lady born of a Russian father and a Hindu Indian mother. She fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father, and mother of a Russian mom. When she was 11, she created a choreography which earned her a spot on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden who transforms into an energetic Indian dancer. Following her graduation from the high school level at the age of 11 in New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. The classes she took in acting were in the HB Studios. She later went on to study improv comedy at the Groundlings School. She was created at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). The family moved into East Meadow New York, along with her father, when she turned 13 and stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel on FX's The Americans. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova was the most well-known character. She is known for her frequent appearances in The Following on Fox, The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
